Section 16: Expiration, Extension, And Renewal of Listings. Any listing filed with MFRMLS automatically expires on the date specified in the agreement unless renewed in writing by the owner(s) of record and by the listing broker and a notice of that renewal or extension is updated in the MFRMLS database.
