Article 4.29: Listings of Resigned Participants

When a Participant resigns, MFRMLS is not obligated to provide services or include the resigned Participant’s listings in MFRMLS. Prior to any removal of resigned Participant’s listings from MFRMLS, the resigned Participant will be advised in writing of the intended removal so that the resigned Participant may advise the sellers.
