Article 4.26: Expiration, Extension, and Renewal of Listings
Section 26. Expiration, Extension, And Renewal of Listings: Any listing filed with MFRMLS automatically expires on the date specified in the agreement unless renewed in writing by the owner(s) of record and by the listing broker and a notice of that renewal or extension is updated in the MFRMLS database.
